My guess is that Rokk = Batman.
He is pretending to be the Mad Hatter MC'ing Batman.
Rokk is tricky like that. Can he still be recruited if he is Batman, I wonder?

Which means we MC him tonight to see if he can take out Two Face.
I think we get a recruit tonight - should we try for Rokk or should we go for Wade? I like a Magnet.
